{"id":411,"date":"2012-12-23T18:37:21","date_gmt":"2012-12-23T18:37:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rolandorre.se\/?p=411"},"modified":"2013-11-16T08:24:21","modified_gmt":"2013-11-16T08:24:21","slug":"is-this-new-world-an-utopia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rolandorre.se\/?p=411","title":{"rendered":"Is This New World an Utopia?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>No<\/strong>, by definition utopia is not something you can reach.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This was the reason<\/strong> why I got the proposal to use nonutopia<br \/>\nwhen definining the domains <a href=\"http:\/\/nonutopia.org\" target=\"_blank\">nonutopia.org <\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/nonutopia.net\" target=\"_blank\">nonutopia.net<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/nonutopia.com\" target=\"_blank\">nonutopia.com<\/a> in 2002.<\/p>\n<p>That is, the Utiopia we are aiming for is a <strong>Non Utopia<\/strong>, as we <strong>will be able to reach it\u2763<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The only usage so far<\/strong> for these domains have been a few statements given about the future in 2004, and our patent on open innovation, which will be one of the keys to the propespering future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Another usage<\/strong> has been to make a backup of President Obama&#8217;s promises, just after the election 2008, not yet fulfilled&#8230; which are on <a href=\"http:\/\/nonutopia.net\" target=\"_blank\">nonutopia.net<\/a>, and it will stay so as we won&#8217;t use .net domains either apart from net administrations, like name servers.<\/p>\n<p>We will use the domain <a href=\"http:\/\/wish-it.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">wish-it.com<\/a> to start with as in our mascot, as well as <a href=\"http:\/\/wish-it.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">wish-it.org<\/a> as generic domains but later we also promote local local top level domains due to specific local needs, e.g. <a href=\"http:\/\/wish-it.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">wish-it.se<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/wish-it.us\/\" target=\"_blank\">wish-it.us<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/wish-it.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">wish-it.eu<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/wish-it.asia\/\" target=\"_blank\">wish-it.asia<\/a>, etc. Over time we aim for top level domain free adressing as well as a <a href=\"http:\/\/rolandorre.se\/?p=288\" target=\"_blank\">more robust routing protocol<\/a> than is currently implemented in the TCP\/IP protocol.<\/p>\n<p>Best wishes\u00a0 \u2661\u2661\u2661<\/p>\n<p>Roland Orre<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No, by definition utopia is not something you can reach.
